VAHA pieces are produced in small batches.
A limited number of pieces are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Once these are sold, all remaining orders will be made to order.
Production time for made-to-order pieces is 1–3 weeks, depending on demand.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
• New Zealand: 1–3 working days
• Australia: 4–10 working days
• United States: 3–10 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
All orders include tracking, which will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
As our pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item does not fit, we may offer an exchange if stock is available.
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your garment arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier. While VAHA will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other external factors.
If your parcel requires further action (such as customs clearance, additional payment, or redelivery), the courier will usually contact you directly.
Parcels returned due to unsuccessful delivery or incorrect address details may require re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and vary depending on the country and order value.
These charges are not included in your order total. Where applicable, they may need to be paid before delivery. VAHA is unable to estimate or control these fees.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
VAHA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest update.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
