Shipping Policy
We currently ship within New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.
Orders that are ready to ship are dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces take approximately 1–3 weeks depending on demand.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and provided as a guide. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent.
VAHA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you require an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
We collect and use your information to process orders and operate our store. This may include sharing your details with trusted providers such as Shopify and payment services to complete your purchase.
Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable at dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order. If payment has been made, it will be refunded in full.
We make every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate, however errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders.
