Shipping policy

All VAHA pieces are produced in small batches.

A limited number of pieces are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Once ready-to-ship pieces are sold out, all remaining orders are made to order. Production time for made-to-order pieces is 1–3 weeks, depending on demand.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier. VAHA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
