Our models are 5'8" and wear size 10, and 5'7" and wear size 16.

This style is designed for a fitted silhouette. We recommend taking your usual size for a close fit, or size up for a more relaxed feel.

Shipping & Production
Each VAHA piece is made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be ready for courier collection. During busy periods, including collection launches, please allow 1–4 weeks. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Australia: 3–10 working days standard, or 2–6 working days courier
• Canada: 3–10 working days
• Fiji: 3–10 working days
• New Caledonia: 3–10 working days
• New Zealand: 1–3 working days
• United Kingdom: 3–10 working days standard, or 2–6 working days courier
• United States: 3–10 working days standard, or 2–6 working days express courier
Delivery times are estimates only and exclude production time. Customs processing and courier delays may affect delivery.
All orders include tracking, which will be sent once your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and vary depending on the country and order value.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Where applicable, payment may be required before delivery. As charges are determined by each destination country's customs authorities, VAHA is unable to control them.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier. While VAHA will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your parcel requires further action (such as customs clearance, additional payment, or redelivery), the courier will contact you directly. Parcels returned due to unsuccessful delivery or incorrect address details may require re-shipping at the customer's expense.
Returns & Exchanges
As our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right. Exchanges for size are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability.
Care Instructions
Due to the dye process, noticeable colour release may occur during the first wash. We recommend washing separately. This will reduce after initial washes. To maintain your VAHA piece, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a gentle machine cycle. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on fabric. Dry clean if preferred.
